What areas do you cover?We’re based in Oldham, serving the Greater Manchester area. this includes including Rochdale, Ashton-under-Lyne, and Saddleworth. We also provide nationwide moving services to locations across the UK.

How far in advance should I book my move?We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and time. However, we can often accommodate last-minute bookings. Contact us to check availability.

Are you insured?Yes, all our services are fully insured to protect your belongings during the move. Your peace of mind is our priority.

Can you do evening and weekend moves?Absolutely! We offer flexible scheduling, including weekends and evenings, to fit your busy lifestyle.

Can you provide packing materials?Yes, we supply a range of high-quality packing materials including boxes, bubble wrap, and packing tape. These can be added to your moving package or purchased separately.

How do you handle moves involving stairs or elevators?For flats, apartments, or properties with multiple stairs, we assess the requirements and may include a small additional charge. Rest assured, our team is equipped to handle challenging access points safely and efficiently.

How do you calculate moving costs?Our pricing is based on: • The size of the property or volume of items. • Distance (local or long-distance). • Additional services like packing or furniture handling. Check our pricing page for a detailed breakdown.

What payment methods do you accept?We accept bank transfers, debit/credit cards, and cash payments. A deposit may be required to secure your booking.

How do I book/cancel a booking?Booking is easy! Simply call, email or message our team. Cancellations are accepted with at least 48 hours’ notice. For cancellations within 48 hours of your booking, a fee may apply.
